People, at times, do not take back pain seriously because they take it as a consequence of an intense workout, which will lessen after a point of time. Burpees: Burpees can make lower back pain even worse. They involve high-impact movements and jumping which is harmful for the lower back pain.
High knee jumps: Doing this exercise can cause a sprain to the ankle and knees. Also, if you are suffering from lower back pain, you need to be extra careful.
Abdominal crunches: This exercise puts a lot of pressure on lower back. So if you are already suffering from back pain, then you should definitely avoid this exercise.
Double leg lift: You need to avoid this exercise if you are suffering from lower back pain. The muscles used in the exercise can create discomfort on the lower back, thus, making your pain worse.
