Suffering from lower back pain? Do not perform these exercises

People, at times, do not take back pain seriously because they take it as a consequence of an intense workout, which will lessen after a point of time. The pain makes the most routine things highly uncomfortable. Also, most back pain is mechanical, which means that the reason for the cause is our sedentary life and our day-to-day life stress. If you perform your daily workout in the evening i.e. after your working hours, you will add to it.

Here are a few exercises you need to avoid if you are suffering from acute back pain:

Burpees: Burpees can make lower back pain even worse. They involve high-impact movements and jumping which is harmful for the lower back pain.

High knee jumps: Doing this exercise can cause a sprain to the ankle and knees. Also, if you are suffering from lower back pain, you need to be extra careful.

Abdominal crunches: This exercise puts a lot of pressure on lower back. So if you are already suffering from back pain, then you should definitely avoid this exercise.
