Here's Your Guide to Cleaner Living

There are so many rules when it comes to being healthy. Clean living means choosing a lifestyle with minimal processed food products, and a natural lifestyle. The following list of healthy living rules are nothing fancy, but will help you improve your body functioning and will make you less prone to diseases.

One thing we all should swear by is to avoid processed food and consume local food products. The closer you are with the farm, the less processed and contaminated your food is.

Give time and attention to your skin. Avoid skin products with fragrances, additives, or preservatives such as parabens. Use natural and homemade products.

Consume veggies, fruits, and whole grains and round it out with healthy proteins such as low-fat dairy, lean meats, fish, beans, legumes, nuts, and seeds.

Recent studies show that few kinds of polymer coating used in nonstick pans can be mildly toxic when heated. Also, always store food in earth-friendly objects that is glass, ceramic, or stainless steel.

Replace your cleaning agents with vinegar, baking soda, lemon or warm water. The chemicals do more harm than you expect.
