Green peas: The protein content of green pea helps with fingernail's strength and rate of growth, and they also contain beta-carotene and Vitamin C. They are fat free, so you can consume it without thinking twice.

Wheat germ: Zinc, protein and vitamin B6 is found in wheat germ. Also it comprises of vitamin E that has antioxidant properties in it. Wheat germ can be a great addition to your diet if you want to grow strong, healthy nails.
