Change your workout types after a period of time. It is true that when you follow the same workout routine day after day, your body eventually gets used to it and stops responding.

One important thing that a lot of people avoid is sleep. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep at night. Try to sleep and wake up early. Eat your dinner at least 1-2 hours before getting into bed.
