Myth: Foods labeled "natural" are healthier.

Fact: Packaged foods can never be natural because of the presence of preservatives. Also, they go through so many processes that nothing remains natural till you get the by product. The worst part is, you're likely paying a premium price for common junk food.

Myth: You can eat as much as you want as long as it's healthy.

Fact: Avocados, oatmeal, nuts, and their creamy, delicious butters are indeed healthy, but are they low in calories, they are not. Nutritious or not, portion size counts with every food.

Myth: You'll burn more fat if you don't eat before a workout.

Fact: Without the proper fuel, you won't be able to work out for as long or hard as you need to if you want to see a difference in your body. What's worse, fasted workouts can cause low blood sugar and lightheadedness, which can be dangerous if you sweat.
